"Awful"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

Bracken and Acorn ward were absolutely fantastic. Willow Ward could not have been worse, I had an awful lack of care and support, staff appeared to not know why I was on the ward and my blood loss and extremely low HB level were never even mentioned. My baby and I were later admitted to Acorn ward because of the poor care on Willow. I ended up discharging myself, feeling so poorly as I didn’t know what else to do. Subsequently I completed the online feedback form about maternity services which detailed my complaint requesting a response. I’ve heard nothing back. Avoid Willow if you can.
