What I liked

I arrived at my Outpatients appointment early and was surprised and pleased to be seen early. Very impressed with the clinician who was empathetic and explained things well. Afterwards I dropped in a request for an appointment with the physiotherapy unit and was telephoned within ten minutes of getting back home to make a suitable appointment.

I also appreciated the handwash available to patients as they enter the waiting room and the requests to use it!

Finchley Memorial is easy for me to get to by public transport so I don't have to worry about car parking.

All in all, very impressed!

Seems like a smooth-running system to me.
