"Amazing Nurses and care"

I was very anxious about having an endoscopy but the nurses were amazing and explained every stage to me and answered any questions I had. The place was really busy but the nurses didn't make you feel rushed were very kind and took an interest in all the patients. It all seemed to run really smoothly and very clean, the only critism I have is the receptionist was having some kind of disagreement with the nurses and was quite abrupt when I had to speak to them. I don't know if it was their fault but it still wasn't very professional with the waiting room so close. Ive never needed to go to The Royal before but they've left a great impression ! Thank you so much for looking after me !

Our staff try hard to provide a high standard of care to all our patients and receiving positive feedback is always appreciated. We are however, extremely sorry that you had to witness, what clearly should have been a conversation held between staff in private and away from the patients in the waiting room.
