"Outpatient biopsy"

Today I had a consultation at the Dermatologists followed by a biopsy. It went like a dream, the wait was only five minutes, the consultant was kind friendly and knowledgable and decided I needed a biopsy that day and actually apologised that I'd have to wait another twenty minutes before the nurse could do it (as if I'd mind) fifteen minutes later, I had the biopsy done by an equally friendly nurse who explained everything cheerfully, didn't hurt me at all, and I was given a free prescription, great stuff.
