"waste of time very upset"

About: Broadgreen Hospital

i was referred by my doctor to have mole removed as they didn't have the equipment available to remove it there at the surgery. I have waited 6 weeks to meet this doctor, who didn't introduce themself so only have their squiggle on my form. When I met the doctor, they made an inappropriate comment about my job and then examined me, after which they stated they were discharging me as they don't do cosmetic procedures. I told them that my doctor had referred me as it bled due to being I a place where it caught on things but they wouldn't listen and just discharged me. So after waiting 6 weeks and taking a day off work I still have a mole which changes shape and bleeds. Highly unimpressed.
