"Allergy and dermatology depts. changed my son's..."

We have been attending the Allergy Clinic for over a year now and more recently had two appointments at the Dermatology Clinic. Both clinics have been absolutely fantastic in caring for my son who suffers from very bad eczema and multiple allergies. Having been referred to Addenbrooke's after getting disillusioned with another NHS Trust I have only praise for your two clinics. Appointments have always been on time - the staff from receptionists to the nurses and finally doctors are always friendly and helpful. The consultants have, within just a year, managed to completely change my son's life - his eczema is now virtually non-existent and we are on a well-managed care plan for his allergies. I can't begin to explain how much their professionalism and genuine interest and concern for my son's health has meant to us. I hope you are able to pass my heartfelt thanks onto the two departments!
