"Nightmare"

I have spent a total in excess of 1 hour holding on in order to get through to appointment or secretaries. When eventually you get through another answerphone!!! I'm not at my phone, I do not work Monday or Tuesday and so on. Listening to the same pre recorded messages no matter what route I try. Waiting for the postman to find out when you can expect to be seen is frustrating, exasperating and this time delay increases the worry when you have skin conditions appearing and increasing. Whilst you get told that it is a routine excision for bcc this does not alleviate the thought of Cancer!!! This is not patient care
