"Good care quality, but huge wating time for..."

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

I was admitted in heron ward and also had some follow up appointments, I received a good care from doctors and nurses, But I had to wait for a long time to be seen by doctors and nurses in my appoitments. Once I waited for 2 hours to be seen. I think they provide good quality of care for patients, but are not very organised for appointment's time.
