"Don't believe the waiting times!!"

About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

I was referred for an Inguinal Hernia March 2014... 22 weeks for the initial referral, and slow going since..! I am now 61 weeks from my initial referral and still on the waiting list for the required laporoscopy... yet this website shows Brighton general treating inguinal hernias within 14 weeks of referral.. they can't even get you in for the first appointment within this time!!! .. and no hope of meeting the NHS target of 18 weeks.
