I after being diagnosed as having Inflamitory arthritis in 2012 I felt my local hospital weren't being proactive in my treatment and at one point suggested there was nothing wrong with me despite me being in pain every day. So in frustration I requested a transfer, I chose the Min and am so glad I did. I've only been an out patient since October 2014 in that time I've been given a full diagnosis, received pysio, and adjustments have been made to meds. I finally feel like I have a hospital that supports me, fully believes me when I say I'm in pain and I am on the road to getting my life back. All the staff are helpful and polite, as I live quite far away I liaise with my specialists secretary and they are brilliant, I had a problem with getting a steroid injection from my doctors recently so I called left a message and within an hour they had spokne to my specialist and all was sorted so I could received treatment. I can't thank everyone at the Min enough for all they're doing to help.
