I had a complicated pregnancy with my baby boy being delivered at 30 weeks. I was looked after by the medical midwifery team and professors and will be eternally grateful to them all. They made time for me and did everything they could for us. I was given a private room after my emergency c section and the midwives were fantastic. As were the nurses on the NICU and SCBU wards who looked after my baby boy for a month before he came home. I still visit and stay in contact with the fabulous staff at Queen Charlottes and will tell my baby boy when he is older how well he was looked after there :)
