"Botox Injections into Bladder"

There was a lot of poor communication in regards to my appointment for this. Was told to go in that wednesday for my pre op and op Sunday. Went in on wednesday as per instructed to be told thursday. Then told op put back a week. So 2 days before my op they phoned to tell me it was now the saturday! Had to phone work immediatly. However despite this the daycare staff, anaethestist and surgeon were lovely. Also had to go back in on the tuesday to be taught self caterisation as couldnt pass urine properly. Was sent and seen straight away
