About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

I was admitted at short notice to Ward 23. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was constantly impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and competence of all of the staff. From the doctors and nurses who performed my procedure to every member of the ward staff they made me feel sure I was in very good hands. The ward has a very positive, friendly and reassuring feel to it. I want to thank all of the staff for looking after me so brilliantly and I wish them all well. Thank you!

Thank you for such overwhelmingly supportive feedback, this is a delight to read and I hope will encourage other patients to have confidence in the high quality of service we endeavour to provide to all.

I will ensure your comments are shared with the staff on ward 23 who I know will be delighted their professionalism is noted and appreciated. It makes all their hard work worth while.
