"Emergency Care and Ambulatory Care."

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

My mother-in-law was admitted to Emergency Care in February twice. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff. She was 95 years old and the young doctors and nurses treated her with dignity and respect. She died in the QE on 21st February and once again she was well looked after and so were myself and husband. My husband was treated in Ambulatory Care on Friday 5th June. The doctor and the nurses were so caring and helpful. I can't thank them enough for all their care and consideration. Eleanor J

Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a nice review, especially after what must have been a very difficult time. We're glad to hear that our staff helped you through this, and during your husband's admission.
