I was advised to go to to the emergency eye department on a Saturday morning by staff at my opticians as there was no optician available. I was assessed promptly and the staff were very helpful and professional. I was diagnosed swiftly and given medication on the spot. I was relieved to be seen and dealt with so quickly (a couple of years ago my brother went to an A&E department in a different part of the country and was dismissed and sent home - he had to go again the following day. He ended up having a corneal transplant because the infection was not spotted initially). I cannot fault the way I was dealt with by The RVI eye department.
"Excellent Service"
