"I was a patient on 5th floor labour ..."

About: Royal Free Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was a patient on 5th floor labour ward at the Royal Free Hospital while giving birth to my first child and couldnt be happier with the care I recieved while there. The ward and rooms were bright, comfortable and extremely clean, but more importantly the midwives (and Doctors) were competant and caring and always happy to help (even when it was obvisous they were under staffed and stretched to the max!)

What could be improved

More staff on duty! The midwives that were there were fantastic, but clearly spread too thinly and run off their feet!!

Congratulations on your new baby. Thank you for your kind comments. They have been passed on to the labour ward.
