About: Royal Free Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was referred to Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital in Gray's Inn Road.

Although it was not possible for my problem to be dealt with at this hospital, a wonderful secretary was absolutely marvellous. He chased up the referral and passed me on to the right hospital.

This was all done with kindness, sympathy and great efficiency. He is a credit to the hospital.

THANK YOU

What could be improved

The front line receptionist/operator didn't know how to put me through to the right department and was very unhelpful.

It’s always useful to get feedback – good and bad – from patients. It would be helpful if you could give us some more information on who you spoke to so if you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 020 7472 6445-7, Minicom 020 7472 6593, they would be delighted to help.
