"Made to feel at ease"

The dentist at the Walk in Centre was very informative regarding the treatment she gave, made me feel at ease. What is usually regarded as an uncomfortable experience, she made me feel relaxed and confident that she helped me rid of pain.

Only small negative was having to see the triage nurse only to come back 4. 5 hours later.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your recent visit to the Integrated Dental Unit. I'm so pleased you were made to feel at ease and relaxed durng your treament, and hopefully this will make future dental visits a little easier.

We have lots of patients attending the unit with pain and in need of emergency care, therefore the triage system is vital to ensure patients are seen efficiently. It was unfortunate that you had to return later to see the dentist but the nurse would have been able to advise you regarding pain relief in the meantime. Thank you for your patience.
