What I liked
Nothing.
What could be improved
This hospital sadly reminds me of a third world clinic. The staff all walk around with glum faces. They have cushy jobs, lots of regular holidays, the doctors and consultants earn six figure salaries, and only work about five hours a day. However, the idea of lifting a finger to help patients is beyond the call of most staff it seems and they just see patients are an irritant to get rid of.
The reciptionists at Royal Free Hospital rarely pick up the phone (they deliberately leave them off the hook so they don't have to bother picking up calls). When they do, they are impolite and just wish to pass you onto somebody else.
I have been desperately trying to get a simple appointment for three weeks and despite visits to the hospital and over 10 phone calls, I keep getting passed from piller to post.
The Renal Secretary NEVER picks up the phone.
Even though I have severe health problems and desperately need an appointment, I am giving up. I will going to see a private specalist even though I can't afford it.
Anything else?
The Rena secretary should be investigated for not allowing patients to get through for critical appointments.
"Nothing."
