"Long waiting times"

Had an head injury, phoned 111 servive said need to be seen within the hour, went to sandwell hosp a and e straight away, Waited 2 and a half hours to be seen and took to a cubicle. Was told a nurse would come and do my observations which they never arrived. Waited another 2 hours in cubicle before doctor came. The doctor said my obs and temperature on the form was ok, told them I had not even had them done which went straight over their head. Had no tests or nothing and sent home for "Concussion" after nearly 5 hours there and less than 2 mins being seen, what a rubbish hospital
