"phlebotoby"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital (Folkestone) (Folkestone)

Went to Royal Victoria last week about 11.50 am. Shared waiting area looked busy but ticket system for blood tests showed 10 people ahead. Went and got a coffee but did not have time to finish it before being deal with. Very skilful phlebotomist - no bruise or mark. Normally, over an hour wait at Greenwich if you're lucky. Exceed the service. Some Folkestone people don't know when they are well off.

I'm really pleased that your experience was so efficient and that the phlebotomist was so skilled. I hope that the test results were satisfactory.
