"Third visit by mum to A&E : staff so patient!"

I don't think enough people say than you on this site. This was my 87 year old mum's third visit to A&E in a few weeks & staff were fantastically patient and caring. GP had referred. This time and requested admission. It took a while to sort in early evening in A&E but nurses organised tests quickly in one of the bays and other staff offered drinks etc from a trolley which was very helpful. Mum was admitted to AMU and remained an inpatient there and in tower for several days. Staff very caring throughout. Mum liked the food as well. Can't thank hospital enough. staff worked hard and were so caring towards my mum. So thank you!
