"lack of professionalism from the nurse"

Visited a & e last night, the nurse at the desk was completely rude and lacked professionalism. When asking them what their name was, they replied why do you need to know my name with attitude. Patients are entitled to know the nurses name. Could hear them gossip in a rude mannerism about other patients. When i left a & e later that night i phoned back asking to speak to them and addressed my issues again asked their name so i could refer this to PALS, they refused and hung up on me. Digusting behaviour of a nurse!
