"Disgusting!"

The staff are absolutely ridiculous. My mum been in there with cysts in excruciating pain. Been told she had to stay in over night. For the doctor to come at 9pm after not been to see her all day to say just go home there's no point you been herto!! The staff were more bothered about being in their phones and having a coffee. Rather than looking after their patients. Definately will not recommend or be coming back! Would rather pay £000 to go private and be well cared for than be free and treated with no respect!
