"X-ray person was very smug and ignorant"

I've been to hospitals alot and I appreciate what they provide but this radiologist was unbearable. I asked them if they could tell me if my leg was broke and they replied I can tell you but then after my X-ray the radiologist said no I can't and then started going on a mad rant at me. It's people like this that make people have bad days and then after my X-ray they say you won't be seen for three hours. My bone would have started to heal by then so i beg people with kids or any injury to avoid this disaster and just go to Watford hospital
