"not impressed"

About: Kingston Hospital

I'm afraid my husband and I are not impressed by the maternity wing. first this week a wrongly booked appointment, then huge delays due to missing staff/equipment. today staff didn't know what was going on. One member told me I didn't have an appointment then a different one did but that I had to wait (potentially all day!) in the end we were told to come back first thing tomorrow. Please, please, please make up your mind whether discovering a breech baby at 37weeks is an urgent matter or not. today we left more stressed and with more questions than when we came in.
