"Outpatients Appt May 2015"

I must say I have to agree with the first comment regarding the smoke outside the main entrance when you aren't feeling particularly well its not nice its just a wall of cigarettes smoke, surely they should have a smoking area set away from the hospital building I feel it would be much better, I am not discriminating against smokers its a choice and sometimes a difficult to give up, but all I say is when you aren't feeling well it quite often makes you feel worse, and want to be sick, surely that isn't a good thing,. Anyway I had an appointment at Rheumatology and I went to check in for my appointment and used the machine to check me in great idea and quick and easy to use especially when their is a que, and even gives you directions fantastic. The outpatients is remarkably clean and well presented and comfortable light and airy. The staff are polite courteous and lovely, helpful could fault them. I didn't have to wait long to be seen the Doctor was lovely thorough helpful and a good explanation, as to the process and how my joints have ended up as they are. But overall I was very pleased with the whole Department, Thankyou
