"Excellence on all front"

I attended the Endoscopy Unit yesterday for both a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy. I was treated both kindly and efficiently from the start. Every member of staff I came across made every effort to be reassuring and friendly, particularly the Staff Nurse who was my "Chaperone" for the visit. The recovery care was professional and again very kind, and the unit was impressive in its newness and spotlessly clean. Although nobody readily undergoes these procedures I would say have no fears going into this unit, you will be well cared for. Thank you Worthing Hospital. Thank you Staff Nurse et al. If it hadn't of been for the procedures it would have been a pleasure.
