Dear rosalea,

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I've been looking into the issue you raised.

We occasionally arrange for additional clinics to run over the weekend and the department you were scheduled to attend was only staffed on the Sunday. We are introducing an email contact and voicemail service for people trying to contact us in these circumstances in the future.
