"Great staff at the delivery suite!"

Some of the staff are very polite and wiling to help and explain more. In the ultrasound department one of the receptionist is extremely rude, also they are arguing with patients. In this lovely moment for the parents it's so disappointing when someone ruined it in this way, I think is Not acceptable! I had my first baby here and now my second is on its way, I chose the same hospital, because the midwifes are very competent and polite. In general the hospital is good accept the long wait, once I was waiting for 2 hours and the parking is not cheap.
