"Awaiting results of scan"

my daughter had a scan on her sinuses 3 months ago, she was told that she would have an appointment through within 3 months, today she is in a lot of pain again with here sinuses and no appointment t hrough yet, so phoned the manor and enquired when her appointment will be only to be told there isnt one and the person she spoke to on the phone said there is a appointment for july and rudely asked if she wanted the appointment or not!!
