"Thank you for care provided by A+E and CDU"

My husband was recently assessed on A+E and then treated on CDU (Clinical Decision unit) for 24 hours. I would like to express my gratitude to all those who contributed care, thank you. Also to Ambulance Paramedic. The care was consistent, personal, and of a very high standard. Considering the high volume of patients and the diversity of their illnesses/injuries, the crews, nurses and doctors do a fantastic job. Just one little observation, I witnessed a doctor walking around the CDU, in and out of the bay, with an exposed needle, not on a tray or protected, just in their hand. I know the syringe was only full of lidocaine, but I feel that this practice should be addressed. Nevertheless, thankyou again for the wonderful job you all did.
