"Physiotherapy care for my daughter"

Having been told by the soft tissues injury clinic that my daughter's knee problem needed physio, but this could take a few weeks to arrange/get an appointment, it was a surprise to get a voicemail message asking us if we could attend an appointment at 8am the next day. Sadly the number left for us to call back on just kept ringing out, so I contacted the physio team at Hornsey Central thinking they could help. They didn't have any record of the referral yet (we only went to the soft tissue injury clinic earlier this week). One of the receptionists took it upon themself to get the appointment sorted, turning in to something of a detective. They went beyond the call of duty and tracked down the person from the Whittington who had called us - which is impressive as they hadn't left a name on the message. The receptionist called me back with all the details and within minutes, the appointment was sorted out. Attended this morning (5/6), seen on time - assessment by physio was thorough and the session good. Well done for making this appointment possible for us!
