"Never been treated so kindly before"

I had an emergency appointment yesterday, I was booked in so quickly which was brilliant. I was then seen 15mins before my appointment time, I had a book with me thinking I wouldnt be seen for hours because I was only booked in the other day. The receptionist was lovely and seem to actually care, which I find rare in hospitals. The nurse who called me in was polite and kind. And my consultant was amazing, they treated me with kindness understanding and respect. I had a hearing test to, the person who did was so lovely too. Later in the waiting room I got abit upset and the same receptionist and another nurse came over to check I was ok, I feel once again like they really cared about me and not just because it's their Job. Every body I spoke to that day when above and beyond their duties. I left feeling truly looked after. Thank you to everyone. Also had a operation on my hand a couple of years, every was amazing then to. Every time I go to QEH I get treated with so much care and attention. brillant hospital and staff , feel lucky to live so close to such a wonderful hospital.
