"I was a patient in Jackson Burrows ..."

About: The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore)

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was a patient in Jackson Burrows Ward, and found every member of the staff unfailingly kind, considerate, and calm. My surgeon and every member of his team, physios and orthotists kept me informed at every stage of my treatment, which gave me complete confidence in them. They also took my views into consideration. This has been the most positive hospital experience (and there have been many) of my life.

What could be improved

RNOH Stanmore is an old hospital. Bathroom facilities are not the best, and the food could be better.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback about your experience at the Trust. It is good to hear that our colleagues at the Trust have contributed so positively to your time in hospital and your comments will be passed on to the staff in Jackson Burrows Ward. With regard to facilities, we are actively pursuing a redevelopment of the hospital at Stanmore.
