My little boy (aged 10months) was very poorly with a high temperature and irritability. He was later diagnosed with a urinary tract infection. All the staff at Sparkhill Walk In Centre were extremely kind and helpful from the reception staff to the nurse who examined my child. They spoke to my little boy in an age appropriate way and seemed very compassionate. I was very worried and found all the staff to be very supportive and knowledgeable.
