"Efficient and friendly"

My son needed an X-ray having hurt his arm at school. The surgery suggested A+E at Lincoln. I know that this is over stretched to the limit so I took him to Gainsborough hoping they would be open. Not only was he seen, x-rayed and potted in half an hour, they arranged an appointment for the fracture clinic the next day. The staff were friendly and really efficient. The care we received was excellent and despite having a broken arm, my son was cheered up by their positive attitude. I am so pleased this excellent facility was available and will think of them first should I ever need to. Surely their hours need extending ? Only office hours must put unnecessary strain on Lincoln.
