i was happy with the neurology out patient care to start with & the haemotologist ,but then after the 1st time ,i was seen by a different doctor , who i really did not like & since missed appointments because of this

I am sorry to learn that you have encountered a member of staff who you are dissatisfied with. I am very concerned that because of this you have now missed your appointments and are not obtaining the care that you require.
