I just had to right a review regarding how our visits went to the Pligrims Hospital Boston. Both my husband and I have attended as out-patients. When my husband had his procedure he was treated with great care patience and kindness, things were explained in great detail so we understood perfectly what was to be expected. During and after his procedure the care shown was exemplary. While he was having his endoscopy I was waiting in the room provided. The nurses kept me updated on how things were going. Then it was my turn. Gynaecology clinic. The nurses were faultless. I was treated with dignity and as if I was the only patient they had. They made to feel very relaxed in a friendly and happy atmosphere. So many thanks go to the doctor (sorry I didn't get her name) and the nurses. Cleanliness was to a very high standard. I only have praise for everyone that works so relentlessly and with such dedication, as we know sometimes under very stressful conditions. Where would we be without these amazing dedicated people.
