I accompanied my 74 year old Grandmother to Heartlands Hospital Diabetes and Endocrinology Centre.
The nurse that took my Grandmother's blood pressure was very sweet and nice, the doctor however was very rude, impolite and did not seem to care what my grandma had to say.
He spoke down to me like it was his right to do so. I felt like he was trying to be intimidating but I told him that he had no right what so ever to talk rudely to me and especially to my grandma.
He then walked out and the ward manager came in and said he would not carry on and that my grandma had to come another time.
Disgusted at his behaviour!
