What could be improved

The nurses took HCG Levels from me because i had a m/c and everytime i went there they left me black and blue and picked me 4 times for one single blood test. Today i went for a blood test and i was phoned this afternoon to say that my blood sample had leaked in transit to the Lab - this was after 4 attempts this morning to take bloods leaving me very bruised and sore i now have to attend again tomorrow morning - i find this totally unprofessional.
