About: Glenfield Hospital

Care was good. It made me feel uncomfortable when a nurse snatched my notes out of my hand. I didnt like the secrecy. Why was i not allowed to read about my health? i know i can request this info but that gives the staff a chance to filter my notes and take things out.

Our staff should always take the time to explain why and what they are doing with your care and notes. We have passed this feedback onto our head of nursing.
