Had day surgery on a cancellation. Lovely welcome. Looked after by a Sister, who was smashing. Spoke to consultant and anaesthetist who were both lovely. Taken to theatre by nurse who knew me from school! Fab nurse in Recovery (but too dopey to remember their name). Back to ward with the Sister for tea and toast. My consultant and their colleague both came to see how I was doing. All in all a very pleasant stay. And I will definitely recommend.
