"Have stayed in Queens twice once ..."

What I liked

Have stayed in Queens twice once as an emergency patient in April, where they found was my Gall stones, next time was in June for the removal of Gall bladder. Both times i found staff were very helpful, and i was kept informed of everything that was happening to me. The whole hospital was very clean and you always saw the cleaning staff working. I don't wish to ever stay at any other hospital, and all my visitor's were impressed as well.

What could be improved

The only thing there was to complain about was the food, most days/ nights it was'nt nice, out of 5 night's in only cleared my plate once,even the sandwhiches were'nt nice,and as for the tea i have never tasted a cup of tea as bad as they serve there.
