Having left a message regarding an outpatient appointment query, I received a return phone call from a pleasant, helpful, happy person. It made such a difference to speak to someone who genuinely wanted to help, was friendly on the phone and didn't make me feel like and inconvenience. So much was the impact of their call, I emailed the hospital and left this review. I wish I spoke to more people like them.
