"Fracture Clinic"

I visited the fracture clinic today, accompanying my 90 year mother, who is living in a care home in Arnside. We were picked up on time by ambulance, two crew, they treated my mother with care and respect. She was delivered to the clinic, where her plaster was replaced. All this was achieved on time and efficiently, with the minimum of waiting. The ambulance crew returned us to the care home safely. There friendly and professional attitude helped make the outing straightforward for my frail mother.
