I recently visited the Day Case Unit for a procedure and from the monute i walked in i was made to feel at ease by very friendly reception staff. My experience overall was extremely positive and i for one can not praise the staff enough. From the HCA to the Nurse, Consultants and Theatre staff every single member of staff treat me with care compassion and dignity. Being extremelly nervous they understood this and nothing was too much trouble.
