"Dads care in A&E and ward 15"

As a family we cant commend the staff enough for their care and attention they have given our dad. From admission to ward care emergency was swift ,caring and dignified and on the emergency care ward couldn't have needed better, exceptional, the care on ward 15 we have been kept informed and access to information available when asked for with courteous staff and dads care diligent and consistent to enable him to be devoided of 2 nasty infections and pneumonia. Considering his limitations as a recovering stroke patient everything has been no trouble and exceptional from the doctor, staff nurse and auxilliary and everyone in between we thank them we will be forever grateful. Dad is now on ward 23 and so far he is receiving good treatment there too.

Dear Sir / Madam, So sorry to hear that your Dad has had such a tough time of late - it must have been hard for you all. I am so glad that you have been delighted with all aspects of his care, thank you so much for taking the time to give our staff this feedback - it is deeply appreciated. Our staff strive to provide the best care always delivered with kindness and so its lovely to hear that they have got this right for your Dad all the way through.
