"Musculo skeletal outpatient department"

Have been seen in other areas by team member based in Bognor. Very happy with the treatment and follow up given e.g. quick referral for surgery. Also seen at the hospital outpatients department quickly via referral by my G.P. for another problem. There was a bit of a mix up over my appointment but they couldn't have done more to put things right. Did have a bit of a wait in clean, pleasant surroundings. Not a problem. Saw a lovely practitioner, not sure what position they held but they hit the nail on the head and had carefully read my notes and was able to advise me and reassure me. I felt that I was treated very well and individually and would have no hesitation in recommending the Bognor War Memorial hospital outpatients department. So much nicer and more welcoming than other Outpatients departments. And the receptionists were lovely and welcoming. And what a change not to have to pay for parking! Much prefer to bigger outpatients departments. Had to select don't know for which department I visited as Musculo skeletal didn't appear in the list.
