"Brilliant Staff, Brilliant Care"

About: Friarage Hospital Site

I visited the Friarage Accident department with my relative on Sunday. I just wanted to thank the fantastic team that work there and saw to us promptly and gave us attention even though the area was busy. The staff were very helpful and caring. They were patient with me and were lovely to talk to, they even offered me a cup of tea and some food! I would also like to thank the doctor aswell, i saw a doctor very quickly and they listened to me and understood my problem. I would recommend the Accident department to anyone as the staff make it such a welcoming and caring place. Thank you for seeing to me, I would be happy to go to this hoispital again. 5 Stars!
